As I wrote to a friend today, I’m getting closer to the end of my MAT Program but, like mountain climbing, the air is thinner and the ascent steeper as one nears the peak. Four weeks to go. Counting down.
My amazing 8th grade students finished their watercolor collages this week for the Knight Teenage Oncology Clinics. They are beautiful. Every collage shines with a spark from each student’s heart. This love will be conveyed with these works of art when they are shipped to Portland and will certainly be felt by all who see them.
